Account Problems
Your Activation E-Mail Hasn't Arrived
This is down to 1 of 3 reasons:
- your provider thinks our e-mail is spam
- your inbox is full
- you have miss spelt your e-mail address
If the provider thinks our e-mail is spam you need to add us to your 'safe list'. If your inbox is full you need to delete some of your existing messages. If you have misspelt the address you probably won't realise and will just never get the activation e-mail.
In all cases we are alerted that a message hasn't got to you, we delete all accounts that aren't activated within 24hrs. You will need to try to create an account again once you have sorted the problem out.
Forgot Your Password or Username?
If you have forgot your password you can use the this form. If you have forgotten your username please contact us with the e-mail address you registered with, we will ask you a few questions (security reasons) and then trace your username.
